What materials do you use?

Our pieces are crafted in gold, available in various karats. 14k/18k, yellow/white/rose gold

Can I customize my jewelry?

Yes — many of our pieces can be customized with engraving, stone selection, or color choice. Note that customized items are made specifically for you and are final sale (see our Return Policy for details). Want to customize? Contact us: mazigh.jewl@gmail.com

How do I know what ring size to order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You can request a cancellation by emailing us as soon as possible. Since pieces are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production has begun. Once your item is in production, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every piece is made or finished to order — including sizing and engraving — so please allow 1–6 weeks for production. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Europe: 1–2 business days
USA: 2–3 business days
Rest of world: 2–7 business days

How will my order be shipped?

We ship via Express courier (DHL Express, UPS Express Saver, or FedEx Expedited), selecting the most efficient option for your location. Every shipment is insured and requires a signature on delivery.

Will my package look like it contains jewelry?

No — all orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging with no visible reference to Mazigh Jewels. Please note that international shipments do require a customs declaration of contents, as required by law.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Possibly. The price you pay us excludes import duties and local taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility and collected by the courier upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you’d like to estimate this cost in advance.

Can I track my order?

Yes — you’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns from the date of delivery. What you’re entitled to depends on the situation:

Arrived damaged? Full refund or free replacement — we cover return shipping.
Changed your mind? You can return it within 30 days at your own shipping cost. Unworn items receive a full refund; worn or used items receive store credit after inspection.
Custom or personalized items (engraving, custom stones, custom colors) are final sale and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

My ring doesn't fit — do I need to return it?

No need — we offer one complimentary resize per order within 60 days of delivery. Just reach out and we’ll arrange it.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within a few business days to your original payment method.

Do you cover return shipping?

We cover return shipping only when the issue is our fault — such as damage in transit or a manufacturing defect. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Warranty & Care

Is my jewelry covered by a warranty?

Yes — all Mazigh Jewels pieces come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering things like faulty clasps, premature plating issues, or settings that loosen due to a manufacturing fault. It doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or unauthorized third-party repairs.

Do you offer jewelry cleaning?

Yes — we offer one complimentary cleaning and inspection per year during your warranty period. Just email us to arrange it.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Remove jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions/perfumes, store pieces separately to avoid scratching, and avoid contact with chemicals or cleaning products. Gold is a soft metal, so light surface wear over time is natural.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — all payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Why was my order flagged for verification?

To protect against fraud, we may occasionally request additional verification for certain orders, particularly higher-value purchases. This may briefly delay dispatch.
